From an early age Shyanne has had a passion for teaching and helping people meet their goals, whether it was helping her little brother do his physical therapy exercises or teaching her sister to ride a bike. Shyanne was competitive in a wide variety of sports growing up: figure skating, dance, softball, track, and her favorite, swimming. She completed her first Triathlon on 2018 and fell in love with the sport. Shyanne has coached all types of athletes, from first-time Ironman racers to those who have qualified for 70.3 Worlds. Shyanne believes that each athlete is different and will get an individualized plan that works for them and that success happens through consistency, being coachable, being committed to learning/growing and having fun while doing it.
